We are excited to announce the first MLA Off-Season Maintenance Program. This is a 7-week program for experienced players that want to maintain their fitness from the season and keep their lacrosse skills at the highest level possible! Coach Trent will lead the S&C each week, incorporating fitness, agility and speed training drills that are directly transferable to the lacrosse field. Coach Chad will run the lacrosse portion, focusing on fun, free-flowing gameplay-based training, allowing the players to focus on the areas they want to improve, develop or maintain.
This program is targeted at more experienced players who would be potentially considered for our Elite Winter Program in 2026. This is not a learn-to-play program for newer or younger players. Players are expected to have tried out for or have been on a rep team, or have the skills and abilities to train with players at that level. Although there are no tryouts for this program, acceptance is at the discretion of the coaches. If you are unsure, please register and we can discuss whether this program is suitable for your player.

The goal of this program is for keen players to maintain fitness levels and lacrosse skills in off-season. Also, this is a perfect program for those older players who will be attending the U18 Victoria team tryouts in Nov/Dec. As some players will also be playing box/indoor lacrosse, this will be a perfect complement to those games. Finally, this program is an opportunity to get a sense of how our 2026 Winter Elite Program will run and meet the coaches.

Blue: 12-14, some experience, good fundamentals, first-year Rep team
Silver: 13-17, very experienced, played multiple Rep teams, excellent fundamentals
Boys will be grouped by age/skill level for optimal training environment at discretion of the coaches
